Diemersfontein’Coffee/Chocolate’ style Pinotage
Pinotage grapes were harvested from various sites in Wellington at optimum ripeness, destalked, slightly crushed and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation happened over 7 days then pressed and after 30 days completed MLF in tank . The wine was racked and aged or 10 months on French oak staves.

Exceptional cassis and cloves, with a touch of dried herb and vanilla aromas. The palate delights with elegant flavours of blueberries and cherries followed by well-structured and firm tannins.

Pinotage Shop Wine invites you to stop by and visit our Tasting Room in Arties – after all, there’s so much more to taste than just the Pinotage.
Open seven days a week from 10h00 to 16h30, with our facilities closing at 17h00; JJ and his team of tasting advisers eagerly await your visit! Whilst visiting our tasting room, you are able to sample our full range of wines, including the Diemersfontein Original range, our Flagship Carpe Diem range, as well as the Thokozani Range.
Due to limited seating in our tasting room, bookings are advisable. Groups of 8 and more will require booking in advance.
